A recently released affidavit shows probable cause to arrest and charge Jack Elway III for domestic violence resulting in assault and disturbing the peace.
Denver Police Department states that Elway allegedly assaulted his girlfriend of one year. The victim claims they were driving and began arguing. Elway stopped the car and pulled the victim out of the car by her hair. She tried to get back into the car and Elway continued to push her down. Elway ran from the scene leaving his car behind along with his driver’s license.
Law enforcement located Elway at his father’s home in Cherry Hills. He was arrested and taken to Denver Police Department. His next court appearance is June 5, 2014.
